共用剃刀與傳染病

你好 本人最近去了一間小型理髮店剪頭髮
去到尾時 髮型師拿了一把懷疑不是1次性的摺合剃刀 修理髮尾
請問如果剃刀經過那麼多人使用
感染到嚴重傳染病(如AIDS)可能性大嗎
我有點擔憂所以提問
