包皮白色點點

上次睇完醫生，有tar lotion 同類固醇藥膏，龜頭一紅粒粒消失，但係龜頭皺皮同青紫，依家係龜頭系帶附近生左白色小點點係包皮度，痕癢，請問咩黎，該如何處理
