胃炎

你好,醫生,小女腸胃炎過後不久一直受胃炎困擾
每次飯後會反胃,持續時間少則數十分鐘,久則數小時,但未有嘔吐
胃部經常感覺很刮，沒有餓或飽的感覺，排便正常
私家門診,急症,中醫,全看過,胃藥水，降胃酸藥等食了兩星期沒好轉
很氣餒，兩個月之間瘦了4公斤
友人推介我試益生菌，益生菌不是只調理腸道嗎？和胃部有關係嗎？
因藥物一直不見效果，我也想試食益生菌，但我應該嘗試嗎？
