肩頸痛

我以往都有頭痛，但在3個月前頭痛不停，感覺痛是由後頸位帶引到頭，看了中醫針灸開始好轉沒頭痛。須然少了頭痛但又開始感覺手指有些麻痺和肩部有些熱和痛，特別是早上睡醒時較明顯。
我現在應怎樣做，政府醫院可有部門診治？望醫生提供專業意見！
