臭覺問題

陳醫生,您好!
在大約2星期前開始, 我發現開始失去嗅覺。 味道濃烈的味道是可以隱約聞到, 但是在口腔內的味道是聞不到, 特別是進食時都聞不到食物的味道。 想請問這是出了什麼問題??
