自瀆可否懷性病??

本人自瀆後發現精液帶血, 大概是尿道口因磨擦而出血, 本人在當日12小時前曾去試褲子, 如果褲上有性病患者留下的液體或病菌, 留在我底褲上, 本人又於自慰時觸及, 會否有性病...
