上唇繫帶

BB 9個月大, 上顎剛出門牙,但發覺兩隻牙有點分開,中間似乎被上唇繫帶分開。請問這情況會否長大後自然改善?

若不,是否需做手術改善?應看兒科還是其他科醫生?
