腰左下方痛

我條腰左下方, 屁股對上小小已經痛左好長時間, 雖然唔係好影響活動, 初初懷疑腎有事, 我前排做body check做左腎功能測試, 數值正常, 請問尼個位置係唔係算腰?定係其他問題?
