有關ANA血液報告

請問ANA為positive, ANA titre 40是否正常?因最近伴有面部、鼻頭，頭部痕癢，全身關節疼痛，一不小心撞到或壓到皮膚，皮膚表面亦容易紅，持續一段時間才退，不知是什麼問題，謝謝解答
