我不知道怎樣做才好！

我之前在吃飯的時候，突然有一個硬的東西掉了，才發現是半粒牙齒，張口照鏡時，都看見另外半粒牙齒的側面是黑色的，有時還會隱隱作痛！我不知道怎樣做才好?
