排便問題

你好我從小就好少屙屎依家就好好地改善緊但系有時会因為某啲野而又去吾到
我最近去都幾順由其系放假嗰時可以日日去但系依家一翻學就去到好少有時兩日一次有時三日一次有時可能塞左四五日都去吾到種有我一黎經前同其間都会去吾到完左之後又要由頭黎過要慢慢適應
自已日日有食水果有成日飲水小食肉甘
但系都好難改善到有時更加因为去吾到叫痛叫曬救命甘去睇醫生
我應該要點做留意下啲咩？
