突然間頭痛腳浮浮

你好！家人突然間呢2-3日頭痛，間中有一下好痛，行路時，上身向前傾，及腳浮浮！照咗CT,話腦有一處好細嘅血水，醫生話平時細小血水可以自然吸收，但已經影響到行路情況，建議做手術！請問你意見如何？
