不知怎樣。身體震蕩

醫生你好!麻煩請專業告知一下
最近手指頭和手臂和我的左胸部肌肉不停24小時跳動，,但心電圖是正常，抽血報告都正常，t3 .t4 都正常。
心跳異常大力，以至衣服都震，
由自主的,時間有二星期了，手摸着也明显可以感觉到跳動。
常常會不正常顫抖以及跳動
請問這樣是要中風前兆嗎?
本人沒有抽煙.沒有喝酒習慣.
請問是甚麼原因呢?
