脊柱側彎

本人32歲，十幾歲發現有脊柱側彎，當時醫生說只有10度，不算嚴重，沒有跟進。近年開始因為腰背痛，偏頭痛和睡得很差，所以睇過幾個脊醫。

請問，現在痛症已除，但仍想KEEP住整骨，那應該幾耐做一次？是否仍然需要做機拉背？
