脫墨

小女於3歲開始在貼近上唇位置長有兩粒墨,隨年齡長大,墨亦長大(直徑4mm及3mm),還輕微凸起, 小女現年8歲, 可否脫墨? 方法是?? 因貼近上唇, 會否影響唇形????
