陰莖痕癢

本人近日發現龜頭分泌比以前多，而且有點紅而且痕癢，最近反起包皮時有時根部會有點刺痛，我應該是發炎了嗎？
如是，應該買什麼藥吃或看醫生？看普通的醫生即可？
