照x光後頭暈頭痛想嘔

醫生你好，因為最近兩日胃痛，又消化不良，當胃痛時腰就會(孫)痛，所以醫生安排了我照x光，照完一會兒，我就覺得頭痛頭暈同想嘔，到底發生什麼事？會不會有嚴重問題需立刻求醫？
