肛門持續癢癢

肛門瘙癢已持續一段日子，於晚間睡覺特別嚴重，現令到大腿兩邊內側縫間瘙癢更劇烈，夜間比白天顯著，影響入睡休息。我亦經常梳洗，但問題並無改善，請問醫生會是什麼病?
