老人家失禁

我爸爸七十餘歲，有糖尿病，晚上有夜尿，近月晚上會有失禁，
有時日頭去廁所也趕不及， 這樣的情況會有甚麼治療方法？
如屬於身體機衰退，是否無法醫治？
