陰莖問題！

何醫生：
本人陰莖有三粒凸出黎的疤痕！皮膚專科醫生開左一支dermatix ultra gel既藥膏比我！請問可以整平疤痕嗎？除左呢支藥膏，還有沒有其他好的藥膏及方法可以平整疤痕嗎？謝謝醫生
