拔牙後，可以數年後再植牙嗎？

本人最近因為杜牙根的失敗，導致膿腫而脫去了臼齒。我希望數年後，有些積儲才進行植牙。請問在這段時間內，我可以做些什麼(如假牙)，才能在數年後植牙呢？這些方法的價格大概如何？希望醫生解答，謝謝。
