手指甲和甲床連在一起

我的左及右手的大姆指都曾做過將指甲拔掉的手術,原因都是甲床和指甲生在一起,令到手指壓迫得腫脹,因會非常痛,剪指甲亦非常困難

最近右手姆指又再出現類似情況,我想問是否又再一次需要動手術,因手術後工作非常不方便,加上又是右手,會很影響日常生活,是否有其他方法?
