尿道不適

本人男。因有尿道不適向家庭醫生求診，並做了尿常規檢查。檢查結果正常，醫生說沒有尿道及前列腺發炎。 請問尿常規檢查正常是否能排除前列腺發炎?還是要作精液檢查才準確?
