大便呈稀狀，及有淺紅色液體

本人男，不時會發現屙出的大便呈稀狀(屙爛屎)，及事後以紙巾拭擦時，發現紙巾上有淺紅色之液體，但腹部，肛門附近不感疼痛，請問醫生，為何會這樣。
