月經黑血

醫生你好！我25歲，月經一直正常。今次月經之前一日，肚好脹痛，有好多屁。跟住兩日月經呈黑色，似係一大塊凝血，之後就好似無經血了。請問醫生，這種情況嚴重嗎？需唔需要睇醫生？多謝醫生！
