懷疑胰臟有事

你好，我近呢幾個月覺得左邊下方肋骨位(近劍突位置)用力按下會痛，感覺好似骨入面既內臟出左問題，好驚胰臟癌，應該睇咩醫生,因為我長時間左澳門工作，有咩醫生會星期六，日應診？
