發冷、感到悶焗、嘔吐、頭痛頭暈

最近身邊出現了些狀況，發冷、感到悶焗、嘔吐、頭痛頭暈、嘔胃氣等等……
而且不知是因這個月文憑試的關係，令整個人變得緊張，四月尚未來月經。我的經期一向不穩定沒有定期的日子。
還有我經常失眠晚上睡不著頭也好痛好暈導致睡眠質素大大降低白天人又沒有精神整天好想嘔
想請問是出了什麼問題？
