經期失調

本人現年28歲,經期成日失調, 4,5年來,經常有7-8日正常量既經期,然後停一星期左右,然後又來經期, 去看過政府婦產科醫生,吃過避孕藥, 吃的時候就準時, 一停下來就失調了, 身體檢查過也沒什麼子宮瘤的..請問我該怎樣?我打算生小孩, 會有問題嗎??
