想改變女兒睡中飲奶習慣

余醫生好,我個女由1個月大至現時七個月半大都係邊睡邊飲奶,這樣聽說對嬰兒不好,奶量也不提升上去。我搞醒佢奶,佢就左拎右拎不想飲。檢查他喉嚨沒有紅,也不是再某隻奶粉。想問我有必要改變他現時睡中飤奶的習慣嗎?如何改最有效?謝謝。
