右膝頭痛

本人今年21歲在前2個月曾在一次打籃球中受傷,感覺膝頭內的根拉傷,然後看鐵打,但在包了一次藥後,如坐得比較久或者蹲下,站起時會有扯痛感覺而且短暫十多秒未能正常步行,想問是什麼問題?
