Actifed (Generic Substitute) Tablet 藥效

請問Actifed (Generic Substitute) Tablet的藥效是什麼? 第一次個醫生話係咳藥(應該無聽錯吧), 再問其他醫生又話收鼻水, 上網睇其他資料又話鼻敏感, 皮膚敏感,
之后又見到actifed CO係咳藥..是不是什麼不同?
另外怎的這隻藥無XX mg? 只有一個份量嗎?
