每天5MG葉酸，同時服用惠氏瑪特納可以嗎？



醫生您好！
我現在懷孕7周3天，我的醫生給我葉酸（5MG/片），要我吃到14周滿， 同時還給我惠氏瑪特納和惠氏媽媽DHA要一直吃到bb斷母乳。 請問葉酸含量是否過高？ 我看網上說每天最多0.4MG.
