enlarged adenoids

醫生，我女兒今年3歲，經常流鼻水，晚上睡覺打酣，呼吸困難，內地醫生檢查判斷為腺樣體肥大（enlarged adenoids），需要手術，但是我不捨得讓這麼小的小朋友受手術的辛苦，請問何醫生是否有非手術的治療方案？多謝！
