幫朋友問精神問題

我有個女性朋友,今年20歲,佢覺得屋企人原全唔支持佢,做咩都比屋企人鬧,從而長時間感到非常唔開心,什至不時發脾氣同喊.
同埋成日諗起兒時好多被欺凌既經歷,過去既傷心事情而感到長期既精神折騰!近日好似覺得自己有d心理健康問題出現
咁我個朋友有冇精神問題?如有,嚴唔嚴重?
