洗牙污水導致胃痛？

我去年7月起開始胃痛，每個月接近有一次復發，我懷疑我在去年4月洗牙時吞了好幾口洗牙水導致，因為只是牙科衛生員單獨負責洗牙，沒有其他人負責吸走洗牙時的水，而洗牙後1小時內我的胃，確實有點不適，有點肚悶，後來不適消失。想問一下醫生，這會否引致胃痛？
