耳痛問題

醫生你好，本人因鼻膜炎，正服用Telfast，已服用約兩個月，早前得知Teflast此藥是有機會增加腸氣和胃氣的，會不會是因這些氣體谷上耳道，令我耳下方內與牙「教」位之間嘅地方時常感痛楚和耳內時常感有氣壓頂著耳膜呢？

如耳咽管失調，令耳下方與牙「教」位之間痛，耳內有氣壓，有無藥物可以治本根治?需要長期服用嗎?感謝!!
