求解. 皮膚生左好多粒好似墨痣既野.

醫生醫生~我想問下~
乳房附近生左好多粒點點黑色好似墨既野~比墨淡色少少~
以前5發覺~因為生係乳房下方和側邊~
最近檢查突然發現原來有好多粒~好恐怖~密密麻麻咁好核突~
仲感覺越生越多~墨痣來的嗎?!e+連前面事業線位都開始有幾粒好淡色~
感覺好似會擴散”惹”開咁~好得人驚~
請問係咩來的?! 墨嗎?! 疣嗎?! 痣?!
需要睇醫生嗎?! 睇普通科可以嗎?! 還是皮膚專科?!
