左邊胸口痛

您好. 昨晚晚飯後突然左邊胸口近乳房位置像針刺一下的痛, 維持了幾秒便沒有. 之後睡覺躺在床上又出現這短暫刺痛. 今早至現在下午都是一樣,隔1-2小時一下. 請問是否心臟出問題? 或有其他的問題?
