潛水耳壓問題

陳醫生你好,小女13歲,因游泳時潛水時會感到耳壓,然後轉游上水面就感得耳壓及有一或兩下刺痛的反應,就算潛入水深只有一米亦會出現以上情况,而游背泳時耳仔一定入水,請問耳朵是否出現問題呢?
