頸上生左好多肉粒

醫生，你好。
我今年廿三歲，最近頸上生左好多肉粒，仲不停增生，連臉上都有，我好擔心呀，有咩方法可以治療到同埋消除佢地，有時候皮膚一痕我一抓，就立即長了肉粒，會否一輩子都有？應該點治療呀？
