口腔脱完智慧齒附近有類似息肉物體

本人囗腔側脱智慧齒附近有粒肉粒,間中咬到引致發炎,不知是否傷口痊癒不好引致。又近日舌有些刺痛好似火燒,不知何事? 我應該睇耳鼻喉或牙科呢?
