婴儿排便痛

医生你好，我儿子出生约三个星期，最近一个星期排大便是痛苦大哭，好像很辛苦的样子，大便排出后才停止哭泣，大便偶有血丝，经加拿大某诊所医生看了下，说是肛裂，涂抹锌药膏后血丝已经没有，但是排便还是大哭，请问婴儿究竟是什么回事呢，现时每天喂奶八次，有一到两次是配方奶，其余母乳，每次吃奶后都排便，黄色有渣的，非液体。谢谢！
