皮膚問題

我是男仔，我陰毛附近的位置生了一粒野, 特起的, 不是瘡,黑色的,0.5cm左右,唔痛的, 已生了一段時間，其實我都不清楚是毛囊還是皮盧的問題....求醫生解答....謝謝。
