6.9度初期蛋白尿

本人46歲今日3個冃血紅素空肚驗血報告6.9度驗尿報告醫生話有初期蛋白尿.但無需食蛋白尿藥醫生話暫時常試食物控制和減磅.但我都非常担心有咩可以預防蛋白尿呢?現時155磅5尺1吋想問醫生現在我每日食3次糖尿藥餐前1粒藥名 metforrmin hcl yablet 500mg.這藥好唔好我需唔需要食禁多呢?請盡快回覆多謝.
