手臂內側發現硬塊

近日 手臂內側發現硬塊，前日只有0.5cm直徑及小小疼痛，今天已經是2.5cm及活動時感覺拉扯和疼

不知道是什麼，很擔心
看醫生的話，該看什麼科？
很擔心是惡性腫瘤
