喉嚨發炎/扁桃線發炎

你好！本人經常喉嚨發炎有白點，睇醫生會話我是扁桃線發炎，但另一位醫生會話我喉嚨發炎。其實兩者有咩分別？我長期一個月會有一至兩次喉嚨有白點，我要否去睇專科？
