感覺到眼內有異物

近半年我感覺到眼內有異物, 有時像有一粒小石在內, 但眼科醫生檢查後只提議我要每天用棉花球抺眼皮! 我想請問: 抺眼皮真的能令硬物消失嗎? 我會否有什麼眼疾?
