丙肝問題

您好！本人在最近身體檢查時驗出是“丙肝”病毒帶菌者，Hepatitis C Virus(HCV)RNA. Viral loading為 3720000 IU每ml.
超聲波檢查顯示肝臟正常.
請問這個viral loading是否很高
若果到公立醫院求診,通常會使用甚麼的治療方法? 價錢和效用如何? 若果到私立醫院求診,有甚麼差別?
