左脚脚背外側麻痹

約在一個多星期前，我在半夜睡覺期間左腿感到麻痹，只能小幅度郁動，隔了一段時間麻痹感便消失了。其後早上睡醒時，左腳腳背外側有輕微麻痹感，並維持到現在。小腿後側下方亦偶而感到有拉扯感。由於是第一次遇上這種情況，我擔心是否脊椎岀現了問題？我應該看哪一科？和應該做什麼檢查？謝謝解答！
