如何控制乙型肝炎?
我近來檢查我的乙肝病毒量,數量十分高,正常人好像是1000以下,我是6百6十萬左右,請問我是否需要靠藥物或打針控制一下呢?是否一定要私家醫院,公立醫院不會開藥?

For treatment of chronic hepatitis B, it depends on several factors
including the liver function, the hepatitis B viral load, whether
there is any liver fibrosis/cirrhosis, and the patient's age. It would
be better to get a complete picture of the above parameters before
deciding the management plan.
According to my knwoledge, public hospitals may also prescribe
treatment for chronic hepatitis B if patient meets the hospital
authority criteria.
